Part-time or Full-time fees?
State Tuition is not charged on a "per-unit" basis. It all depends on the Total Number of enrolled units per term.

Non-Resident fees?
Non-Resident (or out-of-state) tuition is charged to all students that aren't California residents. In addition to regular state and campus fees, a $420.00 per-unit fee is added to the total cost each term.

🏘️ What are the housing Fees?
Housing charges are automatically broken down into three payments each semester. Students are required to make the first payment by August 16, 2024 , before they can move into on-campus housing. Housing payment plan deadlines are the same as tuition payment plan deadlines.
All students applying to live on-campus will pay a nonrefundable $50.00 Application Fee in order to submit an application. This fee cannot be waived or deferred.

🗓️ When do I have to pay?
Titan A, B, & C payment deadlines are determined by the actual date you sign up for courses.

Enrolling in a payment plan will break up the charges in to three monthly payments beginning August 16th.

💸 How do I pay?
After charges are posted to your Student Homepage, there are multiple ways to complete the payment. Payments and/or eligible awards must be applied to your balance by the deadline to protect courses from being subject to disenrollment.
Here are the different ways you can pay the due charges:
1️⃣ Online through Student Homepage
- Bank Account/Echeck (no fee)
- Credit/Debit Card (2.65% merchant fee)
- Flywire for International Payments
- 529 Accounts
2️⃣ By Mail
Checks and 529 Requests with a CWID can be mailed to SBS at:

Post marked dates and cash are not accepted.
3️⃣ On Campus
A drop box is available at Gordon Hall 180, Window #10 for checks with a CWID.

Example 1:
Student does not have enough anticipated aid to cover the full balance by the deadline. The difference must be paid by the due date to protect courses from being dropped .
Example 2:
Student has more confirmed anticipated aid than the due charges and no payment is required by the deadline. After awards are authorized, any over payment to the account will be disbursed to the student.
Example 3:
Student enrolls in a * Tuition Installment Payment Plan and divides payments over three months. Eligible aid is applied toward the first tuition payment deadline and remaining funds roll over into subsequent deadlines.

Eligible aid must be awarded as "Anticipated Aid" on the Student Homepage before it can be applied toward the balance by the payment deadline.
Financial Aid Disbursements
- Direct Deposit: 1-2 business days. Sign up for Direct Deposit! 🌿
- Check in the mail: 1-2 weeks (depending on postal service). We'll send it to the mailing address we have on file.
➗ Are there payment plans available?
Eligible students can enroll in the payment plan online through the Student Homepage. Tuition and campus fees will be divided into three monthly payments beginning on January 12th, 2024.
